In the capacity of a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and constructing innovative educational and healthcare spaces.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration is key. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and fellow team members to develop and refine project designs. Leveraging AutoCAD and Revit, you will craft detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Your dedication to adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards will be crucial. Effective communication and coordination will be second nature, as you foster relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Regular site visits and inspections will ensure we maintain the highest standards of construction quality.

You will also contribute to project management activities, including budgeting and scheduling. Mentoring and guiding our junior staff members will be another important aspect of your role. Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies is not just encouraged but expected.

Qualifications:

Your qualifications are the foundation of your success in this role. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Accumulating a minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural technology, with a distinct focus on educational and healthcare projects, will set you apart. Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and others pertinent to the field is essential.

Your comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques will be paramount. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable. Possessing LEED certification or experience with sustainable design practices will add significant value to your candidacy.
