The Opportunity:

As a Senior Project Architect, you’ll have the autonomy to work independently while guiding a talented design team. You’ll be the primary liaison with clients, ensuring effective communication and exceeding design objectives. From conceptual design to project handover, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming ideas into remarkable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator; working knowledge of Revit and 3D Modeling software.
• Strong project management skills, excellent visual and oral presentation skills.
• Experience in project cost estimates and value engineering techniques.
• Passion for mentoring junior staff.
• NCARB certification is a plus.
• Revit experience is required; LEED AP and WELL AP credentials are advantageous.
