Position Overview: As a key player in our team, you’ll take the lead in overseeing modern private residential projects from start to finish. Manage 3-5 projects concurrently, attend client meetings, shape schematic designs, collaborate with consultants, and ensure project timelines are met. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is crucial, and you’ll be hands-on in producing drawings with the support of a junior team member.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initial client meetings
• Drive schematic design
• Coordinate with consultants
• Attend Committee of Adjustments
• Manage project timelines
• Produce construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
• Oversee 3-5 projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of local experience in modern residential projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Rhino – an asset)
• Strong project management skills
• Passion for modern design
• Excellent communication skills
