We seek a Senior Interior Designer to join our award-winning team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee retail, high-end residential, and condo projects, collaborating with a diverse global clientele. Your contributions will be integral to the ongoing success of our mid-sized downtown firm.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Interior Designer, you will coordinate and oversee projects from conception to completion, working closely with the Design Director. Accountability for project timelines and budgets is crucial, along with the ability to manage different project phases, providing solutions without compromising design integrity. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of progressive interior design experience, demonstrating versatility across projects such as retail, high-end residential, and condos. Whether working on a storefront, cash desk, or high-end residential millwork, the ability to detail is essential. The candidate should showcase the ability to work independently, running a small project from start to finish, and collaboratively as part of a team.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong concept design and detailing skills.
• Superior time-management skills
• Demonstrated experience in retail, hospitality, residential, and real estate development projects
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and design trends
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
