As a Proposal Specialist, you’ll lead the pursuit process from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include initiating kickoff meetings, devising effective pursuit strategies with the technical team, and refining the final submission. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the relevance and currency of all marketing materials.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage fully in the proposal process, from reviewing RFP documents to leading strategy meetings and crafting proposal responses.
• Develop persuasive proposals with tailored content and impeccable design.
• Ensure compliance and meet submission deadlines for final proposal documents.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on proposals and marketing materials.
• Assist in identifying relevant opportunities aligned with the firm’s portfolio.
• Create presentations to support the pursuit team during project interviews.
• Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new business.
• Maintain and update project descriptions, staff profiles, and photography database.
• Design layouts and templates for various promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the communications team on content creation for digital platforms.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proposal management experience (experience in construction, architecture, or engineering is advantageous).
• Education in English, communications, journalism, or business.
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and ideally, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
