Join this dynamic team of highly experienced professionals specialized in the retail sector.  In this Project Manager role,  you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure quality deliverables and timely project completion.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with proficiency in Revit and knowledge of National and Ontario Building Codes. In addition, the Project Manager should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines, and the ability to adapt to project scope change.

Responsibilities for this position include identifying project scope and managing schedules, preparing and coordinating architectural drawings using 3D Revit, monitoring the performance of team members, coordinating both internal and external teams, hosting project engineering meetings with clients, and establishing and growing relationships with clients. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing project status, addressing client-requested scope changes, reporting project outcomes, assessing risks, and tracking projects based on the work plan.
