We’re looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join an established team delivering substantial corporate and workplace projects.

This is a senior, hands on leadership role for someone who loves great design, enjoys working collaboratively and knows how to take a project from an initial idea through to a successful finished space.

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design development through documentation and completion, while overseeing a small project team and ensuring the design vision is carried through every phase.

We’re looking for someone confident and experienced who brings strong design instincts, solid technical knowledge and a great personality to the team. Someone who can lead, make decisions and keep projects moving while still being collaborative, approachable and fun to work with.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead corporate and workplace interior design projects from concept through completion
• Develop and maintain the overall design vision throughout each phase of the project
• Work directly with clients to understand their goals, workplace needs and project requirements
• Lead and mentor project teams of approximately 2–3 designers
• Provide design direction and oversee the work of junior and intermediate team members
• Review drawings and documentation for design intent, quality, coordination and accuracy
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and other project partners
• Participate in client presentations, project meetings and site reviews
• Oversee material, finish, furniture and product selections as required
• Help manage project priorities, schedules and deliverables
• Stay closely involved through construction and project completion

The role is primarily focused on design leadership, project oversight and drawing review rather than day-to-day production. The ability and willingness to jump into AutoCAD or Revit when needed is a definite asset.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant interior design experience with a strong focus on corporate and workplace projects
• Experience leading substantial projects through all phases, from early concept through completion
• Strong design sensibility combined with solid technical knowledge
• Experience leading and mentoring small project teams
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing and consultant coordination
• Ability to confidently review and provide direction on drawing packages
• Proficiency or strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• A collaborative, positive personality and someone people genuinely enjoy working with

Salary: $105,000–$110,000, based on experience
