This practice designs environments that support dignity, agency, and quality of life across Ontario, with a focus on seniors living, long-term care, mental health, and non-acute healthcare. The team is growing and hiring a Project Architect who wants meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and projects that improve communities.
You’ll play a key role in moving projects forward, from design development through close-out. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, while being trusted to take ownership of your day-to-day deliverables.
This is a hands-on role. You will design, coordinate, document, and problem-solve.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to the design and delivery of institutional projects from design development through close-out
Produce and coordinate clear, accurate drawing and documentation packages in Revit
Resolve design, technical, production, scope, and client issues in collaboration with the team
Coordinate consultants and support communication with clients and contractors
Manage priorities across multiple projects, maintaining control of deadlines and deliverables
Support planning, tracking, budgeting, and reporting on project resources
Contribute to stronger internal standards, systems, and technical quality
You’re likely a fit if you:
Have 3–7 years of experience in a mid-sized architectural practice
Have worked on institutional projects in Ontario (healthcare, long-term care, post-secondary, community facilities)
Are strong in Revit and take pride in coordinated documentation
Communicate clearly and manage deadlines well

Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000
