This practice designs environments that support dignity, agency, and quality of life across Ontario, with a focus on seniors living, long-term care, mental health, and non-acute healthcare. The team is growing and hiring a Project Architect who wants meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and projects that improve communities.

You’ll play a key role in moving projects forward, from design development through close-out. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, while being trusted to take ownership of your day-to-day deliverables.

This is a hands-on role. You will design, coordinate, document, and problem-solve.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design and delivery of institutional projects from design development through close-out

• Produce and coordinate clear, accurate drawing and documentation packages in Revit

• Resolve design, technical, production, scope, and client issues in collaboration with the team

• Coordinate consultants and support communication with clients and contractors

• Manage priorities across multiple projects, maintaining control of deadlines and deliverables

• Support planning, tracking, budgeting, and reporting on project resources

• Contribute to stronger internal standards, systems, and technical quality

You’re likely a fit if you:

• Have 3–7 years of experience in a mid-sized architectural practice

• Have worked on institutional projects in Ontario (healthcare, long-term care, post-secondary, community facilities)

• Are strong in Revit and take pride in coordinated documentation

• Communicate clearly and manage deadlines well

Compensation and Total Rewards

• Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000
