A globally recognized, design-focused architecture practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its Toronto studio.

The firm’s work is focused on meaningful institutional projects, including schools, healthcare, cultural, and community-based environments. Current projects include independent schools and healthcare/institutional work with construction values in the $10M+ range.

This role is ideal for a technologist who is highly skilled in Revit, enjoys producing strong construction drawing sets, and wants to contribute to well-coordinated, purpose-driven projects as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction drawing packages from Design Development through Tender and Construction
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and internal project teams
• Contribute to BIM workflows, model coordination, and drawing standards
• Support QA/QC reviews for accuracy, consistency, and coordination
• Develop technical details and resolve constructability issues
• Assist with consultant coordination and documentation updates

Requirements

• 7+ years of architectural technology experience
• Strong local experience on institutional projects, such as schools, healthcare, public, or community buildings
• Experience with projects in the $10M+ construction range
• Strong Revit and BIM knowledge
• Proven ability to produce coordinated construction drawing sets as part of a team
• Solid understanding of OBC, detailing, and consultant coordination
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production-focused role
