We are currently seeking a Senior level Intern Architect or Licensed Architect with Project Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of post-graduate work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a PM role. Candidates should be passionate about making a difference both inside and outside the practice and possess exceptional design skills with superior attention to detail.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects at various stages and scales, produce and coordinate construction drawings and details, supervise multiple projects, and manage project scheduling. You will also work within a collaborative team environment, coordinating with sub-consultant teams, and supervising the work of others.

To be considered for this position, you should possess a strong technical knowledge of building construction and details, be self-motivated and passionate about your work, and have a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite is also an asset.

We believe in investing in our staff’s professional development and cover TSA membership fees, OAA license fees, as well as exam fees for LEED and WELL accreditation as part of staff professional development. Previous experience working on PassiveHouse projects and LEED and/or WELL accreditation is also an asset.
