As a Designer, you will be managing all phases of project development including site verification & due diligence. analysis & aesthetics space planning, design development, consultant coordination including reviewing Engineers’ drawings, permit/tender/construction documentation, site administration and project management. 

As a new member of our team, your creativity and confidence will prepare you to expand your experience and take on a higher level of accountability with client projects. To be successful, you will need at least 5 years of experience in corporate/workplace design, proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup and a good understanding of OBC. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential and an excellent customer service orientation. 

Valid driver’s license and access to transportation for site visits are required for this role.
