The work is primarily corporate/workplace interiors, with projects increasing in size and complexity ranging from full multi floor workplace environments to model suites.

The Opportunity

You’ll contribute across every stage of the design process, from concept through construction, with oversight from a Lead Designer. You’ll be hands-on in design and documentation, present to clients, and build the leadership foundation needed to eventually manage your own design team and client accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and documentation of workplace projects from kick-off to completion (with oversight from the Lead Designer)

  • Develop and execute design concepts aligned with project strategy

  • Oversee Junior Designers and CAD Technicians on Permit, Tender, and Construction Drawings

  • Coordinate consultants and manage drawing packages including:
    RCPs, floor/wall finish plans, furniture layouts, partition plans, power & communication plans, elevations, millwork details

  • Present design concepts and design development to clients and landlords

  • Work closely with construction during tender and build

  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship of junior team members

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of Interior Design experience

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field

  • Corporate/workplace experience preferred

  • Strong 3D rendering skills (Enscape or similar)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, and relevant design software

  • Comfortable in client-facing settings and presentations

  • Strong documentation skills and understanding of deliverables across phases

  • Excellent time management and clear communication

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000–$80,000 base salary

  • Generous bonus program

  • 3 weeks vacation

  • Additional 1-week office closure over the holidays

  • 4 days in-office
