As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to dive headfirst into educational projects that push the boundaries of design. Collaborating closely with our principal, you’ll be at the forefront of creating spaces that not only inspire learning but also make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

We’re seeking a talented and ambitious interior designer who:

  • Is driven to push the boundaries of design and create spaces that inspire, engage, and transform.

Requirements:

  • Has 3+ years of experience, including experience working on institutional/educational projects
  • Knowledge of FF&E, furniture systems and specifications/tendering, colour and materials (in Education Design or Institutional work an asset)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and detailing through all project phases;
  • Experience coordinating with project teams
  • Fluency with Revit and BIM software, 3D Rendering, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • Strong working knowledge of Ontario Building Code, and relevant planning and code regulations
  • ARIDO licence, NCIDQ certification, LEED AP and WELL AP an asset
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with local suppliers in the GTA
  • Flexibility and aptitude to handle multiple deadlines in a high energy work environment
