The Opportunity:

We are seeking a High Level Intermediate or Senior Designer who will be collaborating on high-end residential projects within Canada and the USA, You will be the linchpin between the owner/principal and the creative vision of our projects. Your role will be pivotal in translating ideas into reality, ensuring the successful execution of projects that epitomize luxury and uniqueness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with the owner/principal of the firm to bring high-end residential projects to life.
• Serve as a mentor and guide for the design team, providing support and leadership while also nurturing your own professional growth.
• Take a hands-on approach, diving into the intricate details of luxury projects that challenge the status quo.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of work experience in high end private residential projects.
• Strong technical skills using AutoCAD, SketchUP and other popular rendering software
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and exhibits exceptional attention to detail.
• Possesses strong design skills, organizational abilities, and effective time and priority management.
• Deep understanding of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and a strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Familiarity with construction processes to anticipate and address potential issues.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and design-related aspects.
