We are a small, progressive, and highly respected architecture firm based in midtown Toronto, specializing in sustainable, high-performance buildings. We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist who is passionate about technical design, construction documentation, and building performance. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, cares deeply about the quality of their drawings, and wants to play a meaningful long-term role within a close-knit team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, developing thoughtful building details, and producing clear, coordinated, and beautifully executed construction documents.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce and coordinate construction drawings across multiple projects
  • Maintain high standards of drawing quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Support project teams in meeting deadlines through efficient and thorough documentation
  • Develop construction details and technical design solutions
  • Coordinate drawings with consultants and other project stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects focused on sustainability, building performance, and environmental responsibility
  • Assist with project documentation from design through construction
  • Participate in problem-solving and technical coordination throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural practice
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
  • Strong Revit proficiency gained in a professional, collaborative environment
  • Excellent experience producing and coordinating construction documents
  • Outstanding drawing and detailing skills with an eye for clarity, quality, and constructability
  • Strong understanding of building systems, building science, and construction detailing
  • Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
  • Experience with high-performance building design and sustainable construction practices
  • Familiarity with Passive House, Net Zero, Carbon Neutral, LEED, or similar sustainable design approaches is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A genuine sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your work
