As part of a collaborative Interior Design team, you will contribute to projects from concept through construction, working alongside architects, designers, and consultants to deliver thoughtful, people-focused environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in all phases of project delivery, from programming and concept design through construction administration
  • Develop design concepts, presentation materials, and client presentations
  • Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation in Revit
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams throughout the design process
  • Assist with material selections, finish palettes, furniture specifications, and detailing
  • Support contract administration activities including site reviews and consultant coordination
  • Contribute to a collaborative studio culture and participate in design discussions

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–5 years of Interior Design experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design
  • Strong Revit skills and experience producing working drawings and construction documents
  • Ability to contribute across multiple phases of a project
  • Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills
  • NCIDQ certification or active pursuit of accreditation is considered an asset
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of your work
  • Experience working on public-sector, educational, transportation, recreation, or civic projects is considered an asset.

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + bonus + RRSP Match + Comprehensive benefits

Location: Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta | Hybrid  (4 days in office)
