We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced BIM professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, driving coordination across disciplines, and helping project teams deliver high-quality, coordinated models.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead BIM coordination on large, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models throughout all project phases.
  • Perform and manage clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination reviews.
  • Ensure BIM Execution Plans, standards, templates, and workflows are consistently followed.
  • Review model quality, data integrity, and coordination milestones.
  • Resolve complex Revit, interoperability, and model coordination issues.
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants and project teams.
  • Mentor BIM Coordinators and provide technical support across multiple projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and reduce project risk and rework.
  • Support continuous improvement of BIM standards and digital delivery processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7+ years of BIM coordination experience.
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Thorough understanding of BIM standards, model management, coordination workflows, and project delivery.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex modeling and interoperability issues.
  • Experience mentoring project teams and supporting BIM best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
