An established international architecture and design practice is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join its Toronto office.
The firm works across a diverse portfolio including corporate workplace, retail, long-term care, industrial office environments, private educational facilities, and multi-unit residential developments. The interior design team collaborates closely with architects and consultants to deliver thoughtful, well-executed spaces from concept through construction.
This role is suited to a designer who enjoys being hands-on across the full project lifecycle and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role
You will contribute to interior design projects from early concept through construction, working closely with project managers, architects, and consultants.
Responsibilities include:
Developing design concepts and preparing presentation materials
Producing construction drawings and contract documentation in Revit
Selecting finishes, materials, and contract furniture
Developing finish schemes and researching products
Coordinating with consultant teams and supporting client presentations
Conducting field verification and site reviews
Supporting construction administration during the build phase

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial interior design
Degree in Interior Design or a related field
Strong proficiency in Revit
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience developing finish palettes and interior material schemes
Knowledge of contract furniture and workplace environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams
