Join a team that’s shaping the future of justice architecture. With over 30 years of specialized experience, we design civic spaces that reflect the complexity of the legal system while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and functionality. Our work spans all levels of government, including courthouses, police facilities, and detention centers.
We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and delivering large-scale projects with precision. This is a leadership role focused on planning, execution, and client relationship management, where your ability to manage contracts, resources, and budgets is just as important as your knowledge of architectural and engineering systems.
What You’ll Do
Own the full project lifecycle: negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
Create detailed work plans for all disciplines, allocate hours and resources, and ensure projects stay on track
Lead and coordinate integrated teams of architects and engineers, overseeing QA/QC procedures with a focus on construction drawings and specifications
Manage scope changes effectively—identifying impacts and negotiating solutions that uphold contractual obligations and client expectations
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve constructability issues and address owner concerns
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client—building trust, leading meetings, resolving issues, and maintaining strong long-term relationship.
What we’re looking for:
15+ years of experience managing complex architectural projects, ideally in institutional sectors
Expertise in architectural and engineering systems design, including M&E, structural systems, building codes, and permitting
Experience with project accounting and revenue forecasting
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You’re calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and an excellent collaborator
Strategic thinker with experience in business development, project planning, and client managemen.
