As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-profile projects, guiding them through all phases—from initial design to final delivery. You’ll lead teams, coordinate with external consultants, and ensure seamless project execution while maintaining design integrity, budgets, and schedules. Your ability to adapt to challenges, think critically, and keep teams aligned will make you a key player in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership – Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with design goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Design & Documentation – Oversee the development of design concepts and construction documentation, maintaining the integrity of the design vision.
- Team Leadership – Guide and mentor your project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, driving clear communication and strong relationships.
- Project Planning – Develop detailed work plans, manage resources effectively, and adjust schedules as needed to meet project objectives.
- Contract Administration – Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payments, ensuring a smooth transition to the CA phase.
- Budget & Financial Oversight – Manage project budgets, fee proposals, and invoicing, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and design standards, conducting regular reviews to maintain quality.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing design and construction projects, ideally Commercial or Industrial projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and clients.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and problem-solving.
- At least 5 years of experience using Revit
