We’re looking for a Manager, Marketing + Communications to lead the marketing function at one of Canada’s most respected design studios. With over 250 professionals across architecture, interior design, and digital innovation, this firm is known for its progressive culture, bold ideas, and beautifully executed work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high-performing marketing + communications team with mentorship, clarity, and purpose

  • Build and execute a modern, integrated marketing strategy that supports business growth, deepens client engagement, and reflects the firm’s values

  • Own and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

  • Oversee content strategy for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website), driving engagement and visibility

  • Guide the proposal and RFP process as a strategic partner ensuring excellence and brand alignment

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business development teams to elevate the client experience

  • Use data and insights to continually refine and improve marketing efforts

  • Bring fresh ideas, good energy, and a deep respect for the power of design

About you…

  • Have 7+ years in Marketing + Communications, including 4+ years in a leadership role

  • Know how to lead and grow a team, and take real joy in their success

  • Have experience working in the AEC industry or a similar B2B professional services environment

  • Are comfortable juggling strategy, execution, and leadership in a fast-paced, idea-driven studio

  • Know what makes brand storytelling work—and how to make it resonate with different audiences

  • Have touched RFPs, proposals, and award submissions, and understand how they fit into the big picture

  • Think like a creative but communicate like a business partner
