We’re looking for a Junior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in multi-unit residential and hospitality design. You’re resourceful, take initiative, and have a strong eye for detail. Most importantly, you’re excited to contribute to projects that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative, innovative solutions for residential and hospitality spaces.
• Bring designs to life using SketchUp and Photoshop, creating detailed and visually striking presentations.
• Research and specify commercial-grade FF&E to ensure high-quality, functional interiors.
• Produce a range of design documentation, including:
  • Interior sketches (hand-drawn & digital)
  • Mood boards
  • Floor plans & elevations
  • Renderings & detailing
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while staying organized and efficient.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to bring visions to reality.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of post-graduate experience in multi-unit residential and hospitality design.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop (bonus if you have experience with additional design software!).
• A keen understanding of commercial-grade FF&E specifications.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A standout portfolio showcasing your creativity across all phases of design.
• Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate with ease.
