We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of mid-rise residential buildings, working closely with architects, designers, and other consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for mid-rise residential projects.
- Produce detailed Construction Documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop innovative and practical design solutions.
- Ensure that all designs comply with OBC regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate various systems and components into the architectural design.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout all project phases.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on multi unit residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of OBC
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications is a plus.
