We are seeking an intermediate level Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Interior Designer to support the delivery of interior projects, primarily within retail banking and corporate workplace environments. This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in production, coordination, and project execution throughout all phases, from early design through construction and close-out.
Projects include new builds, additions, renovations, alterations, and restorations. The successful candidate must be able to attend project sites as required, with most work located in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project delivery across multiple concurrent assignments.

Develop and maintain project documentation in Revit (required), ensuring accuracy and consistency across drawing sets

Coordinate structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical consultants and integrate inputs into project deliverables

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating requirements into clear design and documentation outcomes

Apply sound technical judgment in building science, detailing, constructability, and code compliance

Support contract administration activities, including responses to RFIs, site visits, deficiency reviews, and coordination with contractors

Collaborate closely with Principals and internal teams to maintain quality, accountability, and timely decision-making
Qualifications and Experience

Intermediate professional experience delivering interior projects (retail banking and/or corporate interiors strongly preferred)

Demonstrated proficiency in Revit (must-have) and AutoCAD

Proven experience coordinating projects with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and building science

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and consistent organizational discipline

Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines

Willingness and ability to attend Toronto-area project sites as required
Compensation: $80,000
Hybrid work environment (3-4 days in office)
