They are seeking a Business Development Representative to grow and manage a U.S. sales territory. This role is ideal for someone who understands the hospitality industry, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven track record of developing business with hotel brands, ownership groups, designers, architects, and procurement teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for an assigned U.S. territory.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, mixed-use developments, and branded hospitality environments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel ownership groups, operators, procurement firms, architects, interior designers, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage existing client relationships while actively expanding market share and generating new business.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and territory visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and hospitality conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, emerging projects, and competitive market activity.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of business development, territory sales, or account management experience.
  • Experience selling products or services into the hospitality industry.
  • Existing relationships with hospitality brands, hotel ownership groups, hotel operators, procurement firms, hospitality designers, architects, or developers are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business and growing revenue within a defined territory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience selling hospitality furnishings, furniture, FF&E, interior products, architectural products, textiles, lighting, flooring, or related solutions is considered a strong asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned US territory.
