They are seeking a Business Development Representative to grow and manage a U.S. sales territory. This role is ideal for someone who understands the hospitality industry, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven track record of developing business with hotel brands, ownership groups, designers, architects, and procurement teams.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for an assigned U.S. territory.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, mixed-use developments, and branded hospitality environments.
Build and maintain relationships with hotel ownership groups, operators, procurement firms, architects, interior designers, developers, and project stakeholders.
Manage existing client relationships while actively expanding market share and generating new business.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and territory visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and hospitality conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
Stay informed on hospitality industry trends, emerging projects, and competitive market activity.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of business development, territory sales, or account management experience.
Experience selling products or services into the hospitality industry.
Existing relationships with hospitality brands, hotel ownership groups, hotel operators, procurement firms, hospitality designers, architects, or developers are highly valued.
Demonstrated success developing new business and growing revenue within a defined territory.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
Experience selling hospitality furnishings, furniture, FF&E, interior products, architectural products, textiles, lighting, flooring, or related solutions is considered a strong asset.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned US territory.
