This growing Ontario-based practice designs projects that support dignity, agency, and quality of life across communities, with a focus on seniors living, mental health, non-acute healthcare, and institutional environments. The team is expanding and looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist who wants hands-on project experience and strong technical growth.

The Role

This position is ideal for a technologist who enjoys producing clear, coordinated documentation and contributing to project delivery as part of a collaborative team. You will support project teams across multiple phases while continuing to build technical expertise and professional confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality drawings, details, and documentation in Revit

• Support project teams in delivering coordinated drawing sets and technical information

• Assist with product and materials research

• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, memos, and project logs

• Learn and apply building codes, regulations, and construction standards

• Support tendering and contract documentation processes

• Participate in design discussions and technical problem solving

• Build strong working relationships with project teams and consultants

• Manage deadlines and contribute to reducing errors and rework

What We’re Looking For

• Architectural Technologist diploma or architectural training

• 3+ years experience working in a professional architectural practice with related experience working on institutional or healthcare projects

• Strong working knowledge of Revit

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Bluebeam and Microsoft Office

• Project management tools (Wrike)

• Cloud-based contract administration tools (Rform, PlanGrid)

Compensation and Total Rewards

• Salary $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience
