Role Overview: As an Intermediate to Senior CAD Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in various project phases, spanning from design development to construction drawings. Your responsibilities will encompass leveraging your technical expertise, problem-solving prowess, and dedication to delivering unparalleled quality in high-end residential projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Technical Prowess: Demonstrate outstanding technical and building science skills, including an in-depth understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and accessibility standards.
  • Innovative Thinking: Showcase the ability to innovate and provide creative solutions to support the design team in overcoming challenges.
  • Project Experience: Exhibit a track record of successfully navigating the design development phase through to construction administration. Experience in site surveying, creation of comprehensive working drawing sets, and millwork detailing is crucial.
  • Passion for Excellence: Showcase a demonstrated passion for and experience with high-end residential projects, emphasizing attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Technology Integration: Exhibit a strong interest in staying abreast of innovation and evolving technologies in residential design. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, while experience with SketchUP, Revit (an asset), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.


  • Diploma from a recognized architectural technologist program.
  • 5 years (Intermediate) to 8 years (Senior) experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in SketchUP, Revit (an asset), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, In-Design, Acrobat, Illustrator)
