We are a small, progressive architecture firm based in midtown Toronto, known for delivering high-performance, environmentally conscious projects. Our team is hands-on and detail-focused, working closely with clients, consultants, and builders to create thoughtful, sustainable designs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager / Architectural Technologist to join our team.

This role will be a 50/50 split between project management and drawing/modeling production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management
  • Coordinate projects from design through construction.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee permits and compliance with Ontario Building Code regulations.

• Drawing & Modeling Production 
  • Prepare and refine construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Model projects in Revit with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain drawing standards and ensure consistency across projects.
  • Assist in improving BIM workflows and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm in Canada.
• Proficiency in Revit (family creation, worksharing, scheduling, phases).
• Strong understanding of building science, construction detailing, and materials.
• Experience managing projects through various phases, from concept to completion.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
