What You’ll Do

Design & Project Execution

✔ Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in design, quality, and execution.
✔ Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and budgets—balancing creative vision with technical precision.
✔ Lead teams in producing top-tier interior design drawing packages and construction documents.
✔ Maintain seamless communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
✔ Manage site visits, design reviews, and quality control to bring projects to life.

Leadership & Innovation

✔ Mentor and guide designers and technologists, fostering a culture of excellence.
✔ Share insights and expertise to elevate team capabilities.
✔ Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers—ensuring long-term success.

Project & Client Management

✔ Oversee scope, budget, and risk management to keep projects on track.
✔ Serve as the go-to contact for clients and consultants throughout the process.
✔ Lead project closeout and integration, ensuring outstanding results.
✔ Delegate tasks and drive collaboration for smooth project execution.

What You Bring

4-6 years of experience in project management within interior design.
A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design (or equivalent).
Expertise in AutoCAD & Revit (SketchUp is a plus!).
Strong knowledge of Ontario’s building codes.
Hospitality and multi-unit residential experience preferred.
Industry credentials like NCIDQ, MAATO, ARIDO, BCIN, or LEED are a plus (we may support your certification process!).
