Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in the delivery of high-profile multi-unit residential developments across the GTA. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from early planning and design through approvals and documentation, ensuring projects move forward efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, design, and execution.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership – Lead multiple residential projects through various stages of development, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, budgets, and overall business objectives.

Team & Consultant Coordination  – Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and collaboratively.

Client & Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, municipalities, and development partners while serving as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning & Execution – Develop project work plans, establish key milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Design & Documentation Oversight – Oversee the development and coordination of design packages and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

Budget & Financial Management – Manage project budgets, fee proposals, consultant contracts, invoicing, and financial performance to ensure projects remain profitable and financial goals are achieved.

Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure project documentation complies with applicable codes, municipal requirements, regulations, and internal quality standards.

Leadership & Collaboration – Provide leadership throughout the project process, fostering collaboration across teams while helping drive accountability, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience including 5 years of project management experience within architecture.
  • Experience managing multi-unit residential, mixed-use, condominium, rental, or high-density residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, consultant coordination, approvals, design documentation, and project scheduling.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, financial performance, fee proposals, and invoicing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience reviewing construction and design documentation.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex project challenges with confidence.

Salary: $115K – $125K + RRSP + generous benefits package + other perks
