We are currently seeking a Project Architect with expertise in institutional design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional design solutions and will have a track record of successfully leading projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM software, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience. Institutional, educational project experience is ideal.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all project phases, from design to construction.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of Ontario Building Code and planning regulations.
• Significant experience in Contract Administration
• OAA license and LEED AP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Collaborative spirit with a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
