What You’ll Do

  • Keep projects on track – Develop and manage project schedules, track milestones, and anticipate risks before they become issues.

  • Coordinate workflows  – Align consultants, design teams, vendors, and implementation partners so everyone’s moving in the same direction.

  • Support communication – Ensure clear, timely updates across teams and with clients at key milestones.

  • Manage vendor details – Confirm pricing, timelines, and lead times so our plans stay accurate and achievable.

  • Consolidate deliverablesPrepare, review, and maintain documentation so projects stay organized and consistent.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of project coordination, project management, or consulting support experience (ideally in workplace strategy, design, or professional services).

  • CAPM or PMP designation (or working toward one).

  • A knack for managing complex, multiphase projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills — you love multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping details straight.

  • Comfort with project management software and collaboration tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
