Experience preparing permit, tender, and construction drawings for single-family homes or cottages is required!
Strong understanding of building science, construction detailing, and OBC.
Knowledge or interest in high-performance / sustainable design (NetZero, Passive House, LEED) preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset and desire to take ownership of your work.
