This role is for the person who thrives on juggling deadlines, coordinating multiple moving parts, and being the go-to person everyone trusts to deliver. If you enjoy the challenge of managing retail rollouts, guiding teams, and building client relationships — this could be your next big move.

About the Firm

For over 25 years, our team has been shaping retail, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment projects across Canada and the US. We’ve partnered with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, Home Depot, Walmart, Tim Hortons, Lululemon, McDonald’s, LEGO, TJX, Disney , creating branded spaces that people love to shop, eat, and gather in.

We’re collaborative, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering spaces that bring brands to life.

The Role

As Architectural Project Manager, you’ll be the driver of retail projects from concept through construction. You’ll be the trusted client contact, the leader who keeps teams aligned, and the detail-oriented professional who ensures documentation, code compliance, and deadlines are all on point.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants a predictable routine — it’s for someone who loves variety, thrives on coordination, and finds energy in solving problems before they become roadblocks.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead retail architectural projects from start to finish — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client goals are met

  • Review contract documentation, shop drawings, and code compliance with precision

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships with brands and consultants

  • Mentor junior staff and align multidisciplinary teams

  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and financials with confidence

  • Troubleshoot challenges early, keeping projects moving smoothly

  • Deliver high-quality technical drawings, communication, and documentation

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of project management experience on retail architectural projects

  • A background in Architecture (degree or diploma)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian/US building codes and permitting

  • Exceptional organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A natural ability to connect with clients and collaborate with teams

  • A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits

  • Remote work model with flexibility (plus some travel when needed)

  • Exciting projects with North America’s biggest retail brands

  • A collaborative, supportive environment where leadership is approachable

  • Opportunities to grow, mentor, and shape how retail projects are delivered
