The Opportunity
We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to lead high-profile automotive and commercial projects, including luxury car dealerships and branded environments. If you have experience designing dynamic retail, hospitality, or commercial spaces that elevate brand identity and customer experience, this is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
In this role, you will oversee multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client service. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and problem solver who thrives in a leadership role, balancing design integrity with project execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage 4-5 complex commercial projects, ensuring seamless execution from design to construction.
Develop and oversee project documentation, including schematic design, design development, contract documents, and construction administration.
Ensure brand consistency and high-end detailing in dealership and commercial projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
Mentor and lead project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and firm standards.
Ensure REVIT proficiency, optimizing workflows and project efficiency.
Who You Are
A Project Manager or Architect with a strong background in commercial, retail, or branded environments.
Experienced in contract documentation and administration, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
A confident leader with excellent communication and client management skills.
Highly organized, able to balance multiple deadlines and priorities with ease.
Proficient in REVIT and experienced in overseeing technical documentation.
Passionate about creating commercial spaces that enhance brand identity and user experience.
