Job Description

Are you ready to lead landmark hospitality projects — and leave your mark on the spaces where people stay, connect, and unwind? Our Hospitality team dreams big. We collaborate with global hotel brands and boutique urban retreats, merging high design standards with local context to create unforgettable spaces. Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager who’s ready to step up and take ownership of high-impact projects

Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • Shape iconic hospitality spaces: From modern high-rise hotels to bespoke boutique experiences, you’ll lead projects that define the guest experience.
  • Own the process: Be the driving force — leading multidisciplinary teams, working directly with clients, and guiding projects from concept to completion
  • Stay hands-on: You won’t just manage from the sidelines — you’ll dig into the details, solve constructability issues, and make key decisions.
  • Be part of something bigger: Our global portfolio means exposure to diverse, high-profile projects and a team of top talent to collaborate with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Delivery: Develop, monitor, and control project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets across all stages.
  • Team Leadership: Lead integrated teams of architects and engineers, ensuring quality assurance and control procedures are upheld, particularly in construction drawings and specifications.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
  • Problem Solving: Address constructability issues, building authority requirements, or owner concerns with practical, effective solutions — fast.
  • Scope Management: Track project scope changes and negotiate solutions to keep everything on track.
  • Project Financials: Monitor project performance, forecast revenue, and manage resources to ensure profitability.
Skills & Qualifications:
  •  Solid understanding of architectural/engineering systems, M&E, structural systems, and building codes.
  • You’re a natural leader who can inspire a team and confidently collaborate with clients and consultants.
  • Proven experience in strategic development, business development, and client management.
  • Strong grasp of project accounting, with the ability to track performance and forecast revenue.
  • OAA Licensed Architect is an asset
  • 10-15 years of architectural project experience.
  • Hospitality project experience is a strong asset.

Ready to create something extraordinary — and grow your career in the process? Apply now and let’s make it happen.
