We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and running complex projects with precision. This is a delivery-focused leadership role centered on planning, execution, and client relationship management. Your ability to manage contracts, resources, and budgets is as critical as your understanding of architectural and engineering systems.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle by negotiating, developing, monitoring, and controlling project scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Develop detailed work plans across architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours and resources, and monitor progress
- Lead integrated teams of architects and engineers through QA/QC processes, with a strong focus on construction drawings and specifications
- Manage scope changes by identifying impacts and negotiating solutions that meet client expectations and contractual commitments
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to resolve constructability issues and owner concerns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, contractor, and project team, maintaining strong working relationships
- Monitor project performance and forecast revenue
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of project delivery experience managing complex architectural projects
- Proven experience leading hospitality projects such as branded hotel developments, boutique and independent urban hotels, mixed-use hospitality projects, hotel renovations and repositioning, adaptive reuse hospitality conversions, food and beverage venues within hospitality developments etc
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering systems, including M&E and structural coordination, building codes, and permitting
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including project accounting, performance tracking, and revenue forecasting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with flexibility and sound judgment
- Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management
- Registration with a relevant professional association is an asset
