At our innovative design firm, we don’t just create spaces; we craft memorable experiences. Specializing in chain rollouts, high-end independent restaurants, and the growing Eatertainment sector, our projects span a diverse range of restaurant types. We are seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from design through to construction, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from design through to construction, ensuring alignment with the Lead Designer’s vision for restaurant and Eatertainment spaces.
• Coordinate working drawings with external contractors, review drawing sets, and occasionally produce permit/tender sets when required.
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
• Manage relationships with consultants (architects, mechanical/electrical engineers, structural engineers), ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Lead client communications, and presentations, and maintain strong client relationships to bring their vision to life.

What Sets You Apart:

• Solid Restaurant Background: You bring demonstrated experience in the restaurant design sector, with familiarity across QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), full-service dining, and luxury dining.
• Industry Tenure: With 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in hospitality, you have the depth of knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of the full design process, from concept to construction.
• Experience coordinating and managing consultants, as well as reviewing construction documents.
• Proven ability to lead client presentations and manage client expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
