If you’re fascinated by how people interact with their environment and you love connecting insights, data, and design to make workplaces work better this role was made for you.
We’re looking for a Workplace Strategist & Designer who thrives in that sweet spot between creative problem-solving and analytical thinking. You’ll help uncover what organizations really need from their space, then translate those insights into innovative, human-centered solutions.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support workplace strategy projects from surveys and interviews to utilization studies and visioning sessions.
Develop functional programs, space plans, and feasibility studies using strong CAD skills.
Analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable insights using advanced Excel tools.
Coordinate across project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely, aligned deliverables.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions that reveal how people really work and what they need from their environment.
Turn research into strategic workplace solutions and early design concepts that align with business goals and culture.
Who You Are
You’re equal parts strategist and designer – a curious thinker who loves to understand people, solve problems, and tell stories with data.
You get energized by discovery: asking great questions, connecting the dots, and seeing how your insights influence real change in the built environment.
You’re probably early to mid-career, with a few years in workplace design or strategy, ready to expand beyond space planning into the why behind design.
You bring structure and creativity to everything you do and you genuinely enjoy collaborating with clients, teammates, and end users.
What You Bring
Degree in Interior Design (required)
3–5 years of experience in workplace design or strategy
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, analysis)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading meetings and presenting ideas
Project coordination experience; able to manage multiple priorities at once
Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
Knowledge of workplace trends, behavioural insights, or organizational psychology
Curiosity about the future of work and how culture shapes space
Why You’ll Love It
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
Opportunities for professional growth and learning
Collaborative, people-first culture that values both creativity and strategy
A chance to help organizations reimagine what the workplace can be
