We’re a fast-growing construction-tech startup reimagining how office space is designed, built, and delivered. By streamlining the planning and construction process, we’re helping make high-quality workplaces accessible to more companies faster and more affordably.

We’re looking for a Workplace Planner who’s passionate about smart, functional design. Someone who can take a client’s needs and translate them into clear, creative, and code-compliant space plans that lay the foundation for great projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for producing fast, thoughtful test fits and early-stage layouts that help our clients envision their future space and help our team bring in new work.

  • Create test fits that balance functionality, creativity, and technical accuracy

  • Follow internal space planning standards and ensure alignment with local codes

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and quoting teams to win new opportunities

  • Prepare takeoffs to support cost estimates and timelines

  • Communicate design intent to project managers and designers for seamless handoffs

  • Help refine drafting tools, templates, and CAD standards

  • Provide support in maintaining sales and project management tool

You’re a great fit if you

  • Have 2+ years of experience in interior design, ideally with a focus on workplace projects

  • Hold a degree in Interior Design or possess equivalent professional experience

  • Are confident and fast in AutoCAD, with strong drafting and space planning skills

  • Enjoy working through early-stage ambiguity and solving layout challenges

  • Are detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple deadlines

  • Communicate clearly and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams

  • Are energized by building systems and improving processes as part of a startup team
