As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving project success while mentoring and managing a team of designers. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design team throughout all project phases, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Manage multiple projects independently, ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 sqft.
• Guide the team through the Discover, Plan, Implement, Monitor, and Close phases of the project.
• Ensure Revit proficiency across all projects and maintain company design standards.
• Oversee project documentation, including space planning, construction drawings, and design detailing.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct site verifications and ensure projects comply with building codes and regulations.
• Lead client interactions, ensuring their vision is met while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings and foster clear communication between stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers, provide training, and contribute to professional development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Interior Design degree from an accredited college or university.
• NCIDQ certification
• ARIDO membership
• 10  years of experience in interior design, including leadership or project management experience.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Revit.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight occasionally.
