We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who combines strong client relationships, technical understanding and commercial judgment. You’ll lead integrated teams of architects and engineers, manage project delivery and financial performance, and help clients create facilities that support their manufacturing, logistics and operational goals.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued growth of an established industrial practice.
The Role
You’ll oversee projects from initial planning through delivery, ensuring work meets client expectations, contractual commitments, schedules and budgets. As the primary client contact, you’ll guide the project team, manage changing requirements and keep technical delivery and financial performance on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage project scopes, work plans, schedules and budgets across all project stages.
- Coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control for project deliverables, including construction drawings and specifications.
- Identify scope changes and negotiate appropriate adjustments to fees, schedules and deliverables.
- Monitor project financials, manage resource requirements and forecast revenue.
- Work with contractors, subconsultants and building authorities to resolve constructability issues and address client concerns.
- Build strong client relationships and support strategic and business development initiatives.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of project experience, including industrial projects.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project delivery.
- A strong understanding of architectural design, mechanical, electrical and structural building systems, permitting and building codes.
- Experience in project management, client management, strategic development and business development.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting and revenue forecasting.
- Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to lead teams through changing priorities.
- Registration with a relevant professional association is an asset.

Salary range $120,000–$150,000
