What You’ll Do

• Lead the design vision for hospitality projects, from luxury hotels to cutting-edge restaurants.
• Develop and execute concepts that captivate and inspire, ensuring every detail enhances the guest experience.
• Oversee projects from initial pitch to grand opening, managing everything from FF&E selections to custom architectural details.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier results.
• Mentor and guide a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Keep projects on time and on budget, using your expertise in project management and client coordination.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality and food & beverage design.
• A strong creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to translate concepts into stunning, functional designs.
• A leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring junior designers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skilled in hand sketching and 3D visualization to bring your ideas to life.
• An expert in FF&E sourcing, specifications, and high-end finishes.
• Confident in client presentations, with the ability to sell a vision and build lasting relationships.
