We are a boutique interior design studio based in Barrie, Ontario, creating warm, textural, and timeless homes and cottages across North America. We combine elevated design with deeply personal touches, ensuring every space feels as good as it looks.

We’re seeking a Project Manager / Interior Design Technologist who thrives on the technical and organizational side of design. This is a hands-on role overseeing construction documentation, contractor coordination, and project schedules to ensure our designs are executed flawlessly.

If you’re as excited about a perfect detail callout in AutoCAD as you are about a finished kitchen install this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed construction documentation and specification packages using AutoCAD.

• Manage contracting teams, conduct site visits, and update drawings based on on-site developments.

• Oversee construction schedules and contractor timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Review drawings with a critical eye, identifying potential issues early and proposing smart solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with trades and provide clear, concise weekly updates to clients.

• Complete revisions with precision, ensuring no detail is missed.

• Keep project files meticulously organized within our Google Drive system.

• Provide occasional creative support (e.g., sourcing), while focusing primarily on technical and managerial aspects.

What You Bring

• Proven high-end residential interiors experience — you understand construction inside and out.

• Expertise in AutoCAD, construction documentation, and specifications.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A meticulous, detail-driven work style and ability to work independently.
