Job Description

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the execution of national retail and QSR roll-out projects. This role focuses on project coordination, documentation control, contract administration support, and schedule tracking. It is ideal for candidates who are experienced working in high-volume delivery environments and who understand the operational demands of branded programs and accelerated timelines.

Direct roll-out experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contract administration tasks, including preparation and maintenance of project documentation and related records

  • Track schedules, milestones, and production deadlines; monitor deliverables to support on-time execution

  • Coordinate consultant inputs and assist with permitting, procurement, and regulatory submissions

  • Manage document control processes to ensure accurate filing, versioning, and timely distribution of information

  • Organize project meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation of meeting minutes

  • Provide coordination support to senior project leadership, including task tracking and resourcing support

  • Support basic client communication in collaboration with the project team

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or contract administration within an architectural practice

  • Demonstrated experience supporting national retail or QSR roll-out projects in a branded environment (required)

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

  • Basic understanding of construction documentation and contract administration processes

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
