If you’re a purpose driven architect who thrives on taking meaningful institutional projects from vision to reality and you’re looking for a collaborative, values-led team where your expertise has real impact—read on.
We’re a globally recognized design practice based in Toronto, working on projects across Canada and around the world. We specialize in architecture that contributes to human flourishing, with a design methodology rooted in inquiry, research, and true collaboration.
We’re seeking a Senior Architect or Project Architect to join our studio and take a lead role on major institutional projects, including schools, cultural spaces, and international work. You’ll guide projects from Design Development through Construction Administration, contribute to the evolution of our BIM and technical standards, and play a vital role in shaping built environments that elevate well-being.
We don’t just design buildings—we co-create environments that are deeply aligned with the goals and values of the people they serve. Our participant-centred, co-creation process embeds clients into the design journey through immersive, experiential workshops and critical inquiry. Criteria for success are jointly defined, and decisions are made transparently and intentionally.
Our current projects include a growing portfolio of new independent school projects (each ~$10M construction budget) as well as local and international healthcare and institutional projects where we lead complex teams in delivering innovative, human-centred design solutions
