We are a leading interior design studio delivering high-end hospitality internationally and we are expanding our procurement capabilities. We’re seeking a Procurement Manager who can confidently manage FF&E procurement from budgeting through installation, working collaboratively within a small procurement team.

Reporting to the Procurement Director, you’ll bring structure, accuracy, and polished communication to every project you touch. You’ll build strong vendor relationships, support seamless project delivery, and help ensure that clients receive a refined and professional experience at every stage.

What you’ll do

• Manage FF&E procurement for multiple active hospitality interiors projects

• Build and maintain detailed budgets and cost tracking

• Lead vendor communication, negotiations, and purchase documentation

• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and installation readiness

• Maintain thorough procurement records and status reporting

• Support the Procurement Director in key planning and decision-making.

Who You Are

You’re experienced in FF&E procurement and passionate about delivering quality. You’re highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You’re someone who keeps momentum high and details tight.

You communicate confidently with clients and vendors and approach challenges with a solutions-first mindset.

Procurement software experience is important. Familiarity with Fohlio is a plus (and training can be provided).
