We are a collaborative, design-focused architectural practice with studios in Toronto and London, Ontario. Our work is grounded in integrity, personal responsibility, and social purpose. We believe every detail matters, whether it’s on a construction drawing or in the way we run our studio.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Assistant to support the Managing Partner and keep our Toronto office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support to the Managing Partner with day-to-day operations

• Answer phones, coordinate couriers, maintain office supplies, and manage general office administration

• Organize team events, staff meetings, and lunch & learns

• Coordinate professional photoshoots and maintain an up-to-date project image library

• Prepare reports such as monthly invoicing summaries and project management updates

• Assist with proposal submissions and support the marketing team on presentations

• Manage and schedule LinkedIn and Instagram posts, and help showcase our studio’s culture and work

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Comfort working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish

• A proactive mindset—you’re always thinking one step ahead

• Interest or experience in architecture, design, or professional services is a plus

• Proficiency with MS Office; Adobe InDesign and Canva are assets

• Experience with social media (LinkedIn & Instagram for business) and/or basic content creation is an advantage
