What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in driving successful project delivery by:
Leading coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Managing multiple concurrent projects from Design Development through Construction
Monitoring project budgets during DD and Production
Conducting QA reviews at milestone submissions
Scheduling, attending, and leading project meetings
Preparing and issuing permit, bid, and construction packages
Conducting site assessments to ensure design intent is carried through
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What You Bring
You’re a strong communicator and trusted collaborator with:
8+ years of progressive experience including experience working on large commercial or national retail project delivery
Advanced ability in AutoCAD + Revit
Solid working knowledge of Canadian building codes
Proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools

Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000
