Join a collaborative team delivering large-scale retail developments across Canada where you’ll take ownership of production, coordination, and technical quality throughout all phases of a project.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in driving successful project delivery by:

• Leading coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Managing multiple concurrent projects from Design Development through Construction

• Monitoring project budgets during DD and Production

• Conducting QA reviews at milestone submissions

• Scheduling, attending, and leading project meetings

• Preparing and issuing permit, bid, and construction packages

• Conducting site assessments to ensure design intent is carried through

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What You Bring

You’re a strong communicator and trusted collaborator with:

• 8+ years of progressive experience  including experience working on large commercial or national retail project delivery

• Advanced ability in AutoCAD + Revit

• Solid working knowledge of Canadian building codes

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools

Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000
