Currently seeking a Job Captain with a passion for drawing review and mentorship. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of architectural drawings while simultaneously serving as a mentor and teacher to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Thorough Drawing Coordination and Review: Lead the comprehensive production, coordination and review process for architectural drawings, meticulously ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall quality of project documentation.
Mentorship and Coaching: Take on the role of mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing your expertise in best practices, industry standards, and the intricacies of architectural drawing development.
Collaboration with Project Architects: Work closely with Project Architects throughout the project lifecycle. Enhance drawing quality from Design Development to the completion of Construction Documents, ensuring alignment with project goals and objective
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with a focus on drawing review.
Strong technical proficiency in Revit.
Expertise in large scale Mixed Use, Multi Unit Residential, projects, senior residences
Excellent communication skills with a knack for teaching and mentoring.
