A global architecture and interior design firm with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia is expanding its presence in Toronto. With a team of 200+ professionals, we create immersive spaces that connect people to brands through thoughtful design and cultural insight. Our projects span retail, restaurant, and hospitality environments,always with a focus on delivering experiences that resonate.

We’re looking for a Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join our Toronto office. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role while being supported by a collaborative, international team. You’ll manage exciting projects from concept through construction, with opportunities to work on both Canadian and international assignments.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects, including multi-location rollouts in Canada and the Americas.

  • Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

  • Coordinate the adaptation of prototypical designs to local sites with internal design managers and external consultants.

  • Review construction documentation for compliance with local Building and Barrier-Free Codes.

  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and code/zoning research.

  • Support permit submissions and oversee project documentation with guidance from senior leadership.

  • Ensure projects meet high standards of quality, detail, and technical execution.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

  • 5–7 years of experience in architectural project delivery, ideally in retail, hospitality, or restaurant sectors.

  • Working knowledge of Canadian codes and standards; experience with rollout or global brand programs is an asset.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Smartsheet (or similar).

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of juggling priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

  • Eligible to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international).

  • Architectural licensure in Canada is an asset or in progress.
