We’re looking for a Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join our Toronto office. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role while being supported by a collaborative, international team. You’ll manage exciting projects from concept through construction, with opportunities to work on both Canadian and international assignments.
What You’ll Do
Manage small to mid-sized projects, including multi-location rollouts in Canada and the Americas.
Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors.
Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Coordinate the adaptation of prototypical designs to local sites with internal design managers and external consultants.
Review construction documentation for compliance with local Building and Barrier-Free Codes.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and code/zoning research.
Support permit submissions and oversee project documentation with guidance from senior leadership.
Ensure projects meet high standards of quality, detail, and technical execution.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5–7 years of experience in architectural project delivery, ideally in retail, hospitality, or restaurant sectors.
Working knowledge of Canadian codes and standards; experience with rollout or global brand programs is an asset.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Smartsheet (or similar).
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of juggling priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Eligible to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international).
Architectural licensure in Canada is an asset or in progress.
