Join a Toronto-based design studio that delivers highly detailed, brand-forward environments across commercial interiors and customer-facing spaces. The work is fast-moving, detail-heavy, and requires someone who takes real pride in technical quality, especially when multiple consultants and custom elements are involved.

This is a great fit for an intermediate technologist who wants to be close to the design process, contribute to visualization, and own production standards.

What You’ll Do

Design Production + Documentation

• Develop detailed contract documents that translate design intent into buildable sets

• Apply strong building code knowledge to produce coordinated, compliant drawings

• Detail custom components such as fixtures and environmental graphics/signage

Visualization + Presentation Support

• Prepare renderings and digital presentation materials using Enscape and AI visualization tools

• Support teams in communicating design intent clearly to clients and stakeholders

Coordination + Delivery

• Support contract administration and shop drawing review

• Coordinate drawings with external consultants (architectural, engineering, specialty consultants, etc.)

• Keep projects organized and moving, without sacrificing quality

Team Collaboration

• Work with multiple project leads across active files

• Contribute technical solutions that improve efficiency and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology from an OAA-accredited institution

• Or Degree in Interior Design from an ARIDO-accredited institution

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required) + Revit (asset)

• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Keynote or PowerPoint

• Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• BCIN Large Buildings is an asset

• Comfortable enhancing traditional 3D output using AI tools

• Strong communicator and collaborative teammate

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines

• Detail-driven, especially with coordination and drawing quality

• Language Requirement

  • Fluent in Mandarin (you’ll collaborate with Mandarin speaking team members and review drawings in Chinese as needed)
